If your policies are consistently received by customers as abrasive maybe its time to revisit the policy and take a customer service class. A simple “Hello! You are back so soon, tell me what’s going on with your pool so we can help you” would go a long way rather than simply ‘slamming the conversational door on the customer’. Do not shop here unless you are compliant and have all the time in the world to be sent away - even when you are there to spend more $ and intentionally support a local business’ bottomline (rather than a big box store.). Policy over People prevails at this establishment. The owner’s response reiterated their policy … which was the point of my entire review. If disrepect = the purchases made every single visit - above and beyond the recommended chemicals - then go figure. The best sale is the customer you don’t have to persude to come in (or to come back.) I came in willingly 2x in one week and purchased (beyond the recommendation both trips.) I passionately support independent business ownership and wish you the best. Food for thought.

They where extremely friendly and helpful. Also very knowledgeable. They got me set up with what I needed to take care of my hot tub but didn't push to sell me a bunch that I didn't need. Followed their recommendations for my hot tub and it worked perfectly! Thank you!
