After Caribbean charging us almost $300 on a pool sweep that didn’t work, we waited over weeks to get a response/resolution. When we didn’t get any response, we decided to have a technician come out through our home warranty. We were told the pool sweep was refurbished and had a 2016 date on it. We were never told we spent $$ on a refurbished pool sweep. The technician told us the amount of damage to this pool sweep could have never been done in the short time we had it and should have never been used. We then decided to contact another pool service to come out and replace/fix our pool since Caribbean (Frank) never responded to us. (When he finally did, we had already spent money on a home warranty call and switched pool services.) We spent more money on a brand new pool sweep with the new company, but at least they fixed the issue promptly and effectively. Caribbean had the nerve to send us a bill for the last month of service after we spent hundreds fixing their terrible work. We threw away the refurbished pool sweep and even though we have made this clear to John, he continues to tell us “return the pool sweep and we will credit your account.” This company has the worst service of any I’ve dealt with in years. Be accountable when you provide bad service and do the right thing, Caribbean. We are paying a bit more per month with our new pool service, but at least they have honest and professional business practices and that is worth every penny.

Had Caribbean pool service install a new variable speed pump for my pool guess it was time to upgrade ,service was fast , Install was Complete as promised, john checked everything and is working fantastic! Highly recommend
