Overall the place is very ran down. Still enjoyed swimming and the slide and there were a few middle aged women that were very kind and helpful. However, every single young life guard on duty was horrible. They wouldn’t have any idea if someone was drowning and were disrespectful and cussing in front of my small children. Hire new help!

Life guards are all very rude. One life guard was staring at my toddler as she took off her clothes over her bathing suit and wouldn’t stop staring. He is very creepy and the bathrooms are discusting

I am so unsatisfied with this place. I had started going and it seemed like a good place to go.. We showed up after work I paid for me and my kids to go Ina ND swim it was adult swim and then suddenly a storm came we hadn't even had a chance to swim yet, the storm wasn't supposed to arrive for another hour there wasn't any clouds. But before any of us could get in the pool thu called everyone put and they refused to give me and my kids a refund or a free swim pass for our inconvenience. The manager was rude and she said it was the cash register but I know that was just a lie not to refund us. I was already hesitant to go in the first place but I won't return.

The pool was alright, though at the center there's gross stuff. The manager there was so rude. He yelled at my grandkids for playing and had an attitude with me for telling my grandaughters not to go into the bathroom without shoes. The bathrooms are disgusting. Please go anyway else but here.

This place is very well run however some managers are very strict and get onto patrons and staff for small things. The environment could use work with disrespectful kids around the pool.
