My family enjoy so much at byrson pool and i recommend for families to go there and enjoy with it amazing employees
Went here for a birthday party and had a lot of fun. The rock climbing wall was something I didn't expect that was pretty cool. And the music was a fun touch. I don't know if it was because of strong winds earlier in the day but the water was filled with leaves and twigs which kind of grossed me out. Other than that a pretty decent public pool.😎😎
One of my favorites places in the entire city of Celina. When I was a kid we used to come here every summer and swim from the time it opened until dinner and then after dinner until it closed. So I continued this tradition with my daughter, nephews and niece. I only wish there were more summer days and this year it hasn't been that hot. So going to the pool has been rarer than normal.
From growing up, I've come full circle. From my mom taking me, to me working there a summer, to now taking my kids. It's been a wonderful place all through the years 💕
Amazing facility. 2018 by radio station as one of the best in the listening area. Polite, Polite, Proactive, and Professional. Follows the law, puts safety first, and must be fiscally responsible. 1. Lightening/thunder pool closes for 30 minutes after the Last Lightening strike. 2. Maintains quality water including health codes INCLUDING (and it does happen in all pools) for accidental fecal release closings for 2-24 hour chemical treatment. 3. Proper guarding techniques including DAILY inservice and practice of rescues including proper use of rescue equipment and rescue tubes. 4. Follows the guard to patron ratios. 5. Lifeguards who pay for their 24+ hours of initial training, which can cost up to $500, and continued 8+ hours every 2 years for costs up to $125 for pay that can be beat simply by walking into many, many jobs. AS A RESULT THEY NEED MORE GUARDS EVERY YEAR. 6. Lifeguards and managers who practice PREVENTATIVE guarding by enforcing rules that are meant for safety AND taking flack from patrons and parents for doing exactly that. 7. And managers who have from, my knowledge, have for the past 10+ YEARS, have managers that actually take the 24+ hour initial training to better understand what the guards should look like and have those same expectations. 8. THEY KEEP QUALITY GUARDS, who often are very involved in school activities including sports, academic teams, and school leadership roles, which often causes great difficulties in scheduling. Many of these stellar individuals have to leave the job for better paying jobs to pay for college or other endeavors . 9. The management constantly researches and meets customer demands, needs, and wants. They get the food, drinks, and even music to meet the patron demands and operate with as little loss as possible (30 patron minimum to be fiscally responsible) NEED I SAY MORE.
