I’m a traveling sales rep and spent some time in the Warner Robins area. Got a day pass, $15 was reasonable. Gym was fantastic. I’m kind of surprised the hours are expanded with how big the gym is and amount of equipment. I was a happy camper as traveling and trying to get into gyms can be tough.

The gym itself is nice but its not easy to cancel your membership and they will often ignore the email to cancel the membership. Its a chain gym so all they care about is money. Unless you plan on staying at this gym forever, don't sign a contract here. Myself and several other people I know have had the same difficult experience.

Max Fitness has all the classes and tons of equipment that is easily accessible/easy to use!! Our membership representative, Joellen, gave us an excellent tour of the entire facility, answered all questions, and made joining effortless for us! I highly recommend Joellen and Max Fitness!

This place is uncooperative and money grabbers, its nearly impossible to cancel your membership. I knew this beforehand and was told to email them and notify to cancel 30 days before the next payment so this issue wouldn't happen in which I did. I also told them my reason for cancelling due to me not living in that area anymore which they seemed understanding, but I still keep receiving emails from them about paying my membership. Don't get me wrong, the people and the place there are nice but I'm sick of getting harassed about paying for the membership when I don't even go there anymore.

Improperly/understaffed to the point that they can’t do something as simple as unlock the changing room in the locker rooms, let alone keep the spray bottles filled and machines cleaned. Predatory membership policies and you’re only going to have room to breathe inside if you come right at opening or closing during the week.
