We decided to use this company this year and we have not been able to use our pool the whole summer. My husband honored the contract but we have yet to be able to swim and my husband is the pool cleaner. Never before in the 7 years has this happened with our other company which pool co. Owner passed away. Also our pump runs constantly for 3 1/2 months. This is worst service we have ever paid for.

I had an issue with the heat pump, I called and within 2 hours Mark was working on it and within 3 hours of calling, the job was done! Incredibly professional and kind! Super helpful and will remain a forever customer! Thank you so much!

Very hard to communicate with, the actual owner seems very knowledgeable about pools but doesn’t follow through with jobs he claims he can do. Unfortunately, I was under the impression that my pool was going to be put on their schedule this spring and was advised there was no need to cover it since the plan was to replace the liner. Well now I’m stuck converting a swamp into something that is able to be evaluated by someone else which is costing a lot of money and time. I had major surgery in February on my spine and the heavy lifting/work required to do this is against my doctors orders but this company has left me no choice.

We are new to the pool world. This is only our second summer as pool owners. From start to finish Lawrence has been such a great resource. Problem solving master is what I’d like to call him. He didn’t build our pool However the knowledge and professionalism he had to offer was nothing short of amazing. Doesn’t matter if it’s a Saturday after hours he has never not answered our calls or questions. We signed up for a Service plan this summer and the pool was always serviced on time on the same day of the week as promised. Our pool was always crystal clear and clean. I can honestly say the service plan was worth every single penny. I didn’t have to worry about testing or treating the water he does all of that for you. You won’t go wrong with choosing A to Z.

Installed pool two months late. Poor communication and attitude when we asked for better communication. Expensive. Left a moat around the pool. Pool bottom is not smooth. Coving is really bumpy. Main drains don't work. Sloppy top rail/cover installation. Second star is because they did align the pool to the existing deck as best as could be expected
