What are people saying (AI review summary)? The Aquatic Center receives mixed reviews. Positive feedback highlights it as a long-standing, wonderful community facility with nice, warm pools and convenient family locker rooms. However, a significant number of complaints revolve around the strict 'no life jackets' policy, which many patrons, especially families with young children, find to be a major safety concern and a barrier to children enjoying features like water slides and diving boards. This policy is often perceived as poorly communicated or uniquely restrictive compared to other pools. Further negative experiences include instances of rude management and staff, and a specific detailed account of an incident involving inappropriate behavior by a child, a mother video recording other patrons in the locker room, and subsequent unhelpful or attitudinal responses from staff when addressing the situation.

Practically grew up inside this Aquatic Center as a patron, a club team member, a high school team member, a lifeguard…. We are so lucky to have this wonderful facility in our community. For anyone upset about the no life jackets allowed- it IS written in the pool policies… in bold print.

Unsafe environment. Management rude to customers. No life jackets allowed. Not a good place for children. All we wanted to do was have a pool day with our kids and this place doesn’t allow life jackets for some reason, which is a huge safety issue. Our kids are still learning to swim and still need life jackets. Cause they couldn’t have life jackets they couldn’t use the water slide or the diving board. The no life jacket rule introduces many safety issues. We have a family of 3, my wife and I love playing with our children in the pool. We have a 1, 5 and 6 year old. Not even the 1 year old was allowed to have a life jacket. Anyone with kids knows that you can look away for one second and a kid can take off in another direction. It can take one second for an over confident kid to jump into the deep end or a 2 year old to sprint over the edge. If your looking to have a fun day at a pool, look elsewhere.

Didn’t love our experience. We attended a birthday party here. The facilities are nice, the pool was warm however, life jackets are not allowed. This is a policy that I’ve never encountered at any other pool, nor was the information made plainly available to us until we were about to start swimming and a life guard approached my 4 year old son and me to inform us that his life jacket wasn’t allowed. With a pool full of unlife-jacketed children, it would’ve been nice to see the life guard actually by the pool, not sitting in a chair 25ft away.

Not that good of experience there was a women that brong her child to the pool and he was staring at mine and my friends body parts under the water with his goggles. Me and my friends when into the locker room to start changing and getting ready to leave and me and my friends were just talking about how we wanted to leave soon before the kid came out of the pool and started to get dressed so we didn't have to interact with him anymore and his mom was in the locker room and came up to us for talking about her son we were not talking badly about him and she just started video recording us in our swimsuits. And then began to say that me and my cousin and are two friends that are brother and sister were not family so we could not use the family locker rooms and then I talked about the situation to the girl that was there at the front desk and I told her about the video that the girl had taken of us in our swimsuits and we after then left I called them back today to see if we could still go there we can we were only banned for a day not knowing that the same girl was a girl on the phone from the girl at the pool I talked to about when this had first happened and I started explaining the situation to her and she said yes I know and then decided to give me a attitude over the phone when I didn't do anything wrong and I was just wondering if we were allowed back. If you ask me that not good service at all
