Had so much fun today! I got a little crazy and lost an expensive piece of jewelry in the deep end and the lifeguards were so kind and spent a little while looking for it! We never found it but that’s ok, what stood out to me was their eagerness to help! Good job guys thank you.

It upset me that google, your website, and calling into the office all show the pool is open. As a person with a disability it takes me time to get a suit on that. Drive 20 minutes to that side of wausau to find out you are providing in adequate information. This wasting my time and fuel. Very disappointed in the communication

I gave it a 4 star only because the bathroom sinks are dirty, all of them. However, my reason for the 4 star is that the place isn't a tight space place for the location that it is at. It has one family bathroom which was great because it had warm water! The shower area had a wall so it helped a lot with when my husband had to change and we had our daughter with us. It also had separate bathrooms for men and women. They had simple snacks and drinks which was good to hold us until dinner. Definitely going back.

I am so glad we had the opportunity to use this public pool this summer. The pool is so nice and they really did a nice job revamping this site. I haven’t been here for many years, so this was a pleasant surprise. The downside is they play the music very loud and are constantly reprimanding children for things that clearly the parents can do. Making many parents feel uncomfortable I think. Also, most times I noticed when someone was being reprimanded that child did not hear them over the loud music anyway. The constant whistle blowing did become annoying. I would recommend no music or for it to just be background noise. I’m hoping to get back next summer. Well done Wausau city pools.
