What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews present a mixed experience, highlighting both positive aspects for children and significant operational issues. On the positive side, kids generally had a blast, finding the facility fun, exciting, and affordable, with several patrons expressing intent to return, including one who appreciated lifeguards accommodating a special needs child. However, there were numerous complaints: a serious safety concern was raised about a broken water slide step and an inadequate repair, cleanliness issues included a disgusting men's restroom and a dirty baby pool, and there were criticisms regarding lifeguard attentiveness. A strong complaint was also lodged against an employee, Trisha Hester, for unprofessional conduct (calling patrons "Karen's").
Reviews
First and foremost trisha Hester needs terminated calling prospective patrons Karen's it is not only unprofessional but a really bad look on social media.. The top step of the water slide is broken and poses a serious safety risk and using caulking to conceal the crack is unacceptable for a solution ( I'm a certified general contractor in 3 states)
Kids had a blast. Men’s restroom was disgusting otherwise would’ve given 5 stars. Will be back though.
Fun and exciting for a 4yr old and cheap for the parents too
Our kids love the slide my 4 yo especially. First time here. Baby pool was kind of dirty and my son wanted to swim in there too. Also thank you to the life guards for letting my special needs child to stay on the ramps. We will definitely be back.
Not very well kept. The life guards didn't really care what was going on. Most of them let the kids do what they felt like.
