We had a fantastic experience buying a hot tub from Jordan. We had trouble finding the exact model we wanted other places. She not only had exactly what we wanted, but got it to us in no time! She was professional as well as personable making the purchasing process very enjoyable! She had continued to follow up with us even after the sale. We went to the home show last weekend in Wenatchee, they had hot tubs there. I have been wanting a hot tub for many years. Jordan made it so easy. She is not your regular sales person. We got our hot tub delivered today and she was so helpful with any questions that I had. I would highly recommend if you are looking to purchase a new hot tub Jordan is your girl. Thank you again.

Wonderful purchase experience with Jordan. Super friendly and she helped us keep our kids entertained while we shopped for our tub. After delivery, we unfortunately had multiple warranty repairs that were required, and their service department was great. Good communication and they were quick to get the repairs done. Although some think of Swim World in Chelan as a great place to get pool and spa supplies. I have found over the years, it is a great place to find unique gifts for our grandkids! My favorite item found here was their full-spectrum near/mid/far-infrared sauna. I put my SanDisk Memory Card in the built-in stereo (with meditative music and zone out for awhile. Amazing health benefits and I've not gotten cabin fever this winter (and I'm sure we had record snowfall this winter). I highly recommend any of their Sun Sauna units! Seahawks fans will find licensed appearal. Seasonal and swimsuits can usually be found (even when out-of-season), and so many other items .. like barbecue, fire pits, hearth, fireplace, home decor (like LAKE theme signage), wine supplies, patio furniture, etcetera.

My wife and I purchased a tub and in the beginning we had some difficulties. I had the pleasure of working with Jordan to work some issue out. She did an amazing job taking care of us and we couldn’t be happier with the service and advice she recommended.
