What are people saying (AI review summary)? The reviews offer a mixed perspective on the pool. Positive feedback highlights it as a great place for all ages, featuring a baby pool and diving boards, with some patrons praising the cheap tickets, seasonal passes, and friendly staff. It's also noted as a good option for hot days. However, several negative experiences detail highly unprofessional staff behavior, including a manager and some lifeguards who allegedly yelled, made false accusations (e.g., mocking a special needs child), used profanity, and unjustly expelled patrons, sometimes based on their hometown. There are also complaints about poor communication, with customers being told the pool was open only to find it closed upon arrival, leading some to describe it as 'poorly run' and advocating for better staff.

Worst pool I have ever been to me, and my friends were swimming around, and this woman was yelling at us the whole time, and then she accused us of making fun of her special needs child, and then the manager who is already yelling at us earlier for being from New Martinsville kicked us out, even though one of his lifeguards was telling him we did nothing and they took a picture of us, and their lifeguards were cussing and flipping us off, but not the one that was defending us. Try hiring better staff if I’m not banned, I will never return the guy they kicked us out is a horrible person
This is a great place for kids, teenagers, and adults to come and swim. There is a fenced-in baby pool for smaller children in addition to the main pool which ranges from 3-11 feet deep. At the deep end there are two diving boards.
If I could I would give minus 0. I called to see if they were open ( due to being later in the season) they said yes. I drove from woodsfield and when I arrived they were closed. All I can say is how rude. I was never told to call before I left my house to see if they remained open. So in my opinion a very poorly run poo!!!!
I live close to the pool and it has never been one to disappoint especially on a hot day, with easy cheap tickets and kind workers. Love it
Love this place!! Friendly staff and great price on seasonal pass.
