The staff here was very helpful and accommodating. We had an issue with our room and they moved us to a new one right away. The pool and outdoor spaces were clean. Only thing that was a little disappointing was the yard space for pets, it was very small and right by the parking lot. It also was not fenced. Breakfast was great and Karen was very helpful and on top of keeping everything full and clean.

The room we stayed in you could tell it was cleaned very well beforehand. The one who cleaned it was “Machiah”. The front desk staff is friendly as well. I had just had a problem with a remote and they had no issue coming to help fix it. The pool and spa area is open 24/7 so that was nice, and there is free breakfast which was good. One of the other people who also works there (Lillian) is very friendly and super sweet. We enjoyed our stay. A little on the expensive side but I’d say it’s worth it anyways if you want a day to relax and a comfortable bed to sleep in. Highly reccomend :)

The employees go above and beyond to help. Cara was awesome! She helped me find a solution to making food for my bird while staying here. She didn't have to do all that she did, but she did and I can't express how much I appreciate it.

A beautiful place, great room, really good breakfast. We enjoyed the fire pit after dinner. We did walk quite a ways to find a dinner place in the evening. The water in the room never got hot but it was still a nice comfortable shower. All in all, a great place.
