Normally I'd have a much better review. If they're going to open the pool and they've had all winter and all spring to fix certain things that should have been fixed. First I go there for the first time it opened this summer and I'm 63 and I let them know that and I still got charged the regular price and then it took almost 15 minutes for me to get the difference back when I left they said Oh you're going to have to go to that other building over there and finally I was given some cash The people were nice to me but I mean I showed it on my bank statement already online. But that I could deal with but then when I went yesterday they said Oh you can't go into the deep end of the pool because of it not having the right amount of sanitization or whatever like I don't really think that's going to matter that much. So we were all crammed in the shallow end! The tablet should have been put in and it should have been checked the night before. And then nobody can give me an answer why the showers are not working I'm paying to go in that pool to get all the amenities and I can't even wash myself off because I like to wash the chlorine off and out of my hair. And in the changing stalls it was like salt all over the floor I don't know I'm very disappointed because usually they're pool's cool and clean. And all I see is teenagers (pool staff)that just want to hang out with each other all the time. What a cushy job for them! I just want them to get their act together cuz I don't want to go to Coolfont because they're pool really sucked the last time. Please get the showers fixed You've had all winter to have these things checked. If we're not going to get a full pool to swim in and the floors are dirty and the showers don't work then they should be charging less. I'm disenchanted.

I’ve went to this swimming pool for the first time in July 2021. every time we go there, and me and my family always had so much fun at the swimming pool!!! I love swimming, learning new swim skills, and more! I really love this swimming pool, I ALWAYS get so excited when me and my fsmily are going to the swimming pool. but I don’t like it when it’s crowded tho. :( btw I still love it. 💗

This pool is not disability accessible. It doesn't even have concrete steps to walk into the pool. It has old metal steps of which I can't climb into or get back out of pool. I would live to go swimming there but can't cause I can't even get into the pool. I'm disabled and can't get down low enough to even set on side of pool like everyone does. I need steps to walk into the pool
