This is a great Onelife. It’s got a pool w four lanes, hot tub at the perfect temperature, and a sauna that works. Equipment is always clean and staff are welcoming. They say hi and goodbye and any concerns I’ve had have always been addressed.

Isabelle Forte does a very good job at Onelife Fitness in Winchester, VA every time I go in there to workout. She has a great personality and is very friendly to the members. She seems very knowledgeable about the fitness industry. She is constantly going around the gym making sure all the equipment is in order and the gym is clean. I am very impressed with her work ethic!!

I have had a Great experience at One Life In Winchester . They have an indoor basketball court, which is the main reason as to why I have my membership here. Other than that, they have a Great deal of Equipment; Indoor and outdoor . The staff team is Very responsive and aware of The patrons and facility. I give them a 10 out of 10 on customer service as well. A Great community environment.

This gym has everything I need—great machines, super clean, and never feels too crowded. The pool & sauna is a huge bonus and perfect for relaxing or getting in a good swim. I also love the hydro massage beds—they feel amazing after a workout. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to this gym for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best! The facility is always clean and well-organized, which makes working out such a pleasant experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming — you can really tell they enjoy being there and helping members. The manager stands out in the best way. He genuinely cares about the gym and the people who come in. You can feel the positive energy he brings, and it’s clear that he’s working hard to create a great environment for everyone. One of my favorite things about this gym is the child care. The girls who take care of the kids are amazing! They’re always happy, patient, and willing to play or help however they can. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing my child is in good hands while I get my workout in. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a gym that’s not just
