What are people saying (AI review summary)? The swimming pool receives mixed feedback, with many reviewers noting its aged and outdated facilities, which are in need of significant renovation and maintenance, citing issues such as rust, mildew, and a loud filter system. Despite these concerns, the pool water is generally described as clean and suitable for swimming. Patrons appreciate the ample space for lap swimming and a deep-water section, though some find areas too shallow for flip turns and the water slightly warm. A consistent highlight is the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, including great lifeguards. However, operating hours are a significant point of frustration, with conflicting information leading to unexpected closures, especially the lack of Sunday operation during summer. Despite its structural drawbacks, it's considered an affordable option and is valued for its friendly service and nice park location.

Went there for the first time today for lap swimming. Friday's must not be busy in the afternoon. The water was nice. Facilities are old and need updated for sure but the basic needs are there. Changing area, bathroom and showers. The whole place just needs some TLC but totally affordable and something to do here when it's cold outside. Very friendly staff (even though it was only one person lol) will be going much much more.
Phoned and the lady said they were opened Monday thru Saturday noon to 16:00 Been there 3 times now just to find out they are closed every time
Pool is clean and open for lap swimming and other things well beyond the times posted. It is shallow; not great for flip turns. It is on the slightly warm side. They will open the glass doors to let in fresh air - a big plus!
This local swimming pool is quite old and not well kept. The Lifeguard stations are thoroughly rusted and are not used, the windows are covered in mildew, and the walls don't look very great either. The place could really benefit from sandblasting or water blasting. Every time I am in there I worry about what I am breathing with all the mold and mildew. Really, they need to do some work on this place. Also, the water circulation and filter system is Extremely Loud. However, there is ample room for swimming laps and a nice deep water section for those of us who like to do specific exercises. The best part of this place is that the staff is really nice. Plus, it is situated in a nice park, where the kids can play afterward, and it has a view of the golf course behind it.
Why would a pool not be open on Sunday in the summer? Love our pool. The lifeguards are great, but it makes no sense for it to be closed when it is 100 degrees outside on a Sunday.
