We spent the best summer in green valley, Mr Russ and mrs Lori with their wonderful warm welcoming The place is amazing and family friendly everyone is working in the place to keep our kids safe and keep the place clean. Mr Russ who is a great leader was there watching all the place and give us always great help when needed. Thanks green valley we love you all and see you next summer

First I must admit, I can not afford to go here as it is VERY expensive.. If you have the money and/or go that often to make it worth it then more power to ya. I only pay as a guest with my family who are members (they have to sign you in) and come once maybe twice a year. It is a very popular pool so it can be busy, but it is big with lots to do! My son loves coming here to jump off their diving board (they have 3 levels including a high dive). We love their big water slide and splash pad. They have a lap pool and baby pool too, so something for everyone! Tons of picnic tables and pavilions in case of a little rain to wait it out under, but lots of shade to picnic it up in the grass too which we always do. The lifeguards are great, tho end of Summer they are stretched thin when the kids go back to school. They are on it with the rules and you watching your child, which is good for safety. Haven't had much of their food (see why below) but they offer lots. My one and only complaint is that their ice cream had a weird texture like it was grainy (this can happen with homemade ice cream for a number of reasons) and my autistic son who has issues with textures wouldn't eat it. I brought this to the attention to the guy in charge and he said it was great he ate it all day acting like we were crazy when I asked for a refund or even an exchange for a packaged ice cream bar of less value which was terrible customer service. I just won't buy food their now knowing that is their attitude.

We feel blessed each year we get to join! We have been going to Green Valley for our 3rd year now. I would like to express that if you are a family-minded person who values and respects fair, common-sense ground rules to follow.. then you will appreciate the type of environment this private pool has to offer. I take my 3 boys, my niece who is a toddler and even got my mother-in-law a membership so she can enjoy the benefits of swimming to help her health issues. We have brought guests and are gently and kindly reminded we are responsible for making sure they know the rules and are asked to please review them and follow them (which again, we respect) I can't say enough how safe and well-ran this place is. There is an activity there for everybody of every age and interest. You can tell how much thought and care goes into the accommodations. We know that when we have a pool day at Green Valley, we're going to relax, have fun and feel safe while doing so. Thankful for Green Valley being part of our family summer memories!

Every interaction with this pool and owner has been the worst. First, I’ve heard so many times that the owners are racist and anti lgbt. So already terrible people. Secondly, I had a terrible interaction with the owner (think his name is Russ) a few years back. I’ll preface by saying that I’m hard of hearing. Well one day I was playing around in the table tennis room with my friends. Some kid said something to me and walked away, I didn’t hear him so I just went about my business with my friends. Found out later it was about the food I had and how it wasn’t allowed in the room. Next thing I know Russ comes storming in screaming at me and threatening to throw me out and ban me. I was so confused as to what happened. He said about the boy told me I couldn’t eat in there and I ignored him. I apologized and said I didn’t know about the food rule and also explained to him I was hard of hearing, so I didn’t hear what the boy said. He told me he didn’t care and if I didn’t get out of there he would throw me out. I have never been back since. I was so young and scared. Felt terrible that I got screamed at by a grown man. But it seems I’m not the only one with a negative interaction with him. It sucks because i live close and would love to have a pool to hang out in over the summer BUT I will never go back and I will never give them my money again.

I've been a member of Green Valley Pool for many years. It is a great place for the entire family to spend their summers. In addition to swimming in two wonderful pools, there are many activities for the kids, and plenty of area to enjoy food and relaxation. Owners Russ and Lori always do a fantastic job every year preparing the pool as a wonderful place to bring the family!
