I cannot recommend this company enough!! This year has been very difficult for pool installation due to the never ending rain! We had been pushed back on ours 4 times as a result and this company adapted and patiently waited for the call from us that it was finally time to deliver our water. When we called, his truck was being serviced that day and he still, late in the afternoon and in a downpour, came out and made sure we had water! He was happy to do it! He cared about how long we had waited for our pool to get up and made it his mission to do his part promptly so we didn’t have to wait any longer! In a world where customer service is a thing of the past this company went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful!! Their pricing was absolutely on point as well! I will be using them for all my large water delivery needs!

Very fast service. The driver who delivered our pool water was very personable and went above and beyond. We are new pool owners, and he noticed an issue and showed us how to correct it. Great company to deal with!

Root water Service came at a last minute notice. I called them, and he made sure my pool was filled. Due to unforeseen circumstance I was unsure when I would need the water delivered. Very professional, quick, and made sure I was take care of. Would recommend Root Water Service to anyone That needs their pool filled!!!
