The pool facilities have gone downhill this year (summer 2024). The pool is filthy and full of debris. The concrete has garbage and band-aids all over. The little kid pool is closed. Several of the chairs to lay out on are broken and missing parts. It's definitely not a great experience. You get what you pay for I guess.

Also named Dawsonville Veterans Park! Awesome park, super clean, very polite staff, grounds keepers..park has everything you need!! Basketball half court, tennis courts, football, soccer, and multiple baseball fields. Senior center, indoor basketball court and a pavilion with super clean bathrooms. Great place to walk your dog or let your dog loose in the dog park.

The best outdoor pool I've ever been to in ga. The staff are super friendly. The price is super cheap. Plus the diving board is top notch

Amazing. Pure amazing. They have a diving board. My kid had a wonderful time. Lifeguards are very good. It is very clean. It’s cheap and they sell snacks.

Drove an hour away because its the only public pool around with a diving board. Me and the kids were so excited because i got them out of school early so we could go swimming without there being a crowd. The sign says open 7days a week 12-5 pm. We got there and the gate was locked! Called the office and apparently there only open on weekends when school starts back. They need to take that sign down, its very misleading. Wasted gas and time. False advertising!!!!
