Little kids often defecate in the pool causing it to close plus every time I went to the kiddie pool area it is extremely cold and always made me sick for a whole week from the pee. It was very crowded when I went. And for the neighborhood itself was cramped and not a lot of the neighbors are nice or at all tolerable some are and I recommend being friends with them.

They just redid all the pool floors/walls. But the furniture is lacking. The board refuses to replace the moldy, broken, crappy furniture with new stuff. And there isn't enough furniture for everyone at the pool. There are no umbrellas either. This definitely is NOT resort style amenities, as the builder claims.

They don’t even make the tennis free and the pools is crowded keep on building houses more people come for god sake build another pool!!!!!!!!
