However, there are significant complaints regarding operational hours, with public swimming times being very limited and inconvenient due to extensive private rentals. Customer service experiences are contradictory: one patron praised 'Anna' and other staff for outstanding and welcoming service, while another detailed a very negative encounter with 'Anna' and a different lifeguard, citing rudeness, condescension, confrontational behavior, and mask non-compliance, leading to an uncomfortable visit. Additionally, one review specifically mentioned a lack of locker rooms or showers, which contradicts another review praising the cleanliness of the locker rooms.
Reviews
It is a well Maintained facility with clean locker rooms , and staff the keeps the place running like clock work. Given the amount of people who use the pool.
Really weird times they are open. Wanted to swim with my son and the only open time daily was 4 to 530. I guess others rent the "public" pool the other times
My husband and I went to swim today. I don’t normally join him but, being as I am 5 months pregnant- swimming is the best option. When we walked into the pool the two lifeguards/attendees seemed annoyed right from the start. We inquired about the fee and the lifeguard/attendee named Anna berated us, raising her voice, and speaking to us condescendingly as she disclosed the new Covid protocols. We complied and my husband went to grab his wallet from the car, when he returned- she said, “You think you can come in here and do whatever you want!” Not the best customer service for a $60 paying patron. While I was swimming, I stopped to talk to a friend who just happen to be in the lane next to us. To which the other lifeguard/attendee got in his face (without a mask) and said, “Are you going to talk or swim? Because if you’re going to talk I need you to get out.” This was a very uncomfortable and unnecessary experience. I would hate to think how a visiting vacationer would be treated rather than a local.
Anna provided Outstanding Customer Service and the additional staff was very friendly. It made the environment very welcoming and l will definitely be coming back! KUDOS!
