Lap pool, workout area and Olympic-size pool featuring lifeguard-supervised swim lanes.
The facility includes a 25-meter heated pool, a therapy/instructional pool, and a hot tub. Specific temperatures for each pool are not publicly listed, but the main pool is heated, and therapy pools are typically maintained at a warmer temperature than standard lap pools, with the hot tub being the warmest.
What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for the pool facility are largely positive, highlighting its large, clean locker rooms and friendly, helpful staff. The pool itself is described as beautiful, offering 50-meter lap lanes that are often quiet and well-suited for lap swimming or teaching children. While one reviewer found the water temperature perfect, others consistently reported it as cold. Diving boards are available, but a significant point of contention is a rule prohibiting sport diving routines, leading to dissatisfaction, though it is also noted that diving boards are for scheduled reservations. An upstairs workout area, though small, is available for basic needs. Access to the facility is free with an ID. Patrons generally find open lanes and other swimmers easy to share with, particularly after the morning rush. Parking can be full, potentially serving other adjacent buildings. Some reviewers expressed a wish to have known about aqua aerobics earlier.

I went for the first time on Friday, just after noon. The parking lot was full, which I didn't understand, when I went in as the pool was quiet with only two people swimming laps. (So, the parking lot is accommodating a different building?) I'm a dependent spouse and all I needed to enter was my ID. They have a scanner at the front desk. The staff were friendly. The locker room was large and clean. The pool area was warm, the large windows likely help heat the room, and it was nice to swim in the sunlit lanes. The water was the perfect temperature, not cold or too warm. 50 meter lap lanes. Not gonna lie it was nice having such a quiet space, primarily to myself! :) Also, upstairs is basically like a loft that overlooks the pool, I didn't notice it from the pool area. I asked the staff as I was leaving about the work out area. He walked me up there and it's a small area with a dip station, bench, and some dumbbells and think a mat. Honestly, perfect for what I would ever need. I'll try to check it out further and update with pictures.
The pool is great quality and so are the diving boards. The service was for a short while… The reason for my low rating is because I was told that according to new rules from the manager, that we cannot perform sport diving routines on the diving boards because it’s “not safe”. What is the point of having them installed then? I am a professional diver and according to their logic, even jumping off the board is dangerous, so why even have it in the first place.
I have used the pool both for laps and for taking my kids to teach them some lessons! We get there about 9/10am, and that seems to be right after the morning PT/shower rush! I have never had an issue finding an open lane, and all the patrons are very kind and easy to share with anyway! The locker rooms are clean and have showers with soap in them. The staff is very kind and helpful!
Water is cold. Pool is beautiful. Free to anyone with id. Lifeguards on duty.I wish I knew about aqua aerobics and exercise a long time ago. Edit: I've been going here for a bit of time now. I love the staff. They are super nice and helpful. The pool is gorgeous, still 🥶 cold.
Spacious and refreshing dip! Diving boards are for scheduled reservations.
