I live there. Great neighborhood. However, the roads need paving, sidewalks need to be added, and speed bumps are needed because cars fly through the neighborhood. Especially down the big hill. Very unsafe for children to be out and playing anywhere near the streets. If these problems were addressed it would really enhance the community and increase the home's value.
