Was hoping to enjoy a nice afternoon reading by the pool, but unfortunately this place doesn't have enough chairs. I asked if I could get a voucher to return another time and was told to speak to the managers. I'm pretty sure manager implies you have the power to help out a customer, but not here. They were just like uhhhh yeah there's nothing we can do, but you can bring your own chair. Not very helpful for today. I won't be back.
The pool was nice Shallow end and 5 feet were big deep end was smaller nice staff good food and it's a 10/10 (I would only go on weekends so there is no camp kids there)
Poorly disorganized ...took staff 4 ppl to figure out how to provide a receipt. Expensive compared to other sites for a day pass. Barely any umbrellas. There were food particles and cigars in the main pool.
The pool is nice enough but small so crowding is an issue and it's quite expensive comparatively speaking. We drive farther for more amenities at a much lower price.
I was upset seemed like a nice place but it was failure advertised after driving a hour almost the manager shared no sympathy for me or my kids on such a hot day!
