I’ve been using Aqua Paradise for a few seasons now and everything from opening and closing to the maintenance and repair of equipment has been the best. I highly recommend them. Me being new to a pool should make me an easy target for a company to exploit. Everyone from talking on the phone to talking to the crew here does exactly what you need done and just gives it to you straight. Chris and Kelvin just left and gave me a nice run through on some more advanced maintenance that I can do by myself or if I don’t have time, I know who to call to get it done and done right.

They changed put my liner last year, did a great job. Replaced the skimmer as well. In addition, they do a 10% veterans discount which is a definite plus.

Friendly service and helpful info. I did have an issue with my initial water treatment over the weekend when adding the shock that was recommended for my pool was off the chart. I think the calculation on the pool volume was too high. Unfortunately we were unable to swim in the pool this weekend.

I have a 2015 Bullfrog A7 spa that stopped heating. Aqua Paradise worked through the very complex heater/controller board problems in a very timely fashion to get the spa up and running. Owner Steve is a very easy owner to work with and will always do right by you should any unexpected issues arise.
