**Subject: Feedback on Recent Experience at YMCA** Dear [YMCA Management], I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience my family had at the YMCA today. Unfortunately, the service provided did not meet our expectations, and we encountered behavior that we found to be harassing. Two staff members singled out my family, particularly my child, who is shown jumping from a cliff on the attached video. She was informed that she could not swim and subsequently failed her retest due to a two-stroke deviation on the return lap. Although I did not capture the swim test on film, I plan to do so next time to ensure transparency and fairness. I am confident that my child will pass the test when it is filmed. However, I want to bring to your attention that some staff members may single out families under the guise of safety concerns, citing unnamed lifeguards. This behavior is unacceptable, and it is disheartening to be lied to about who made these claims. Initially, the slide guard stated that my child was struggling. When I asked if he personally observed her struggling, he affirmed. However, upon further inspection, he changed his story, claiming it was someone else who had reported the issue. Moving forward, I will ensure that any retests are filmed to prevent any further incidents of singling out or miscommunication. I hope that the YMCA will address these concerns promptly to improve the experience for all members. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Lifeguards and folks at the front are great. My son is turning into a fish. We now visit the indoor pool at least 3/4 times per week, sometimes more lol. The outdoor pool is something special, 5 mins up the road, 3 months out of the year🙏 how blessed we are!

I will never return! First off the swim test, I doubt many adults could pass. Without it, you might as well play in a puddle. No running, no jumping, no goggles, no slide, and just overall NO FUN. We personally enjoy the lake, the river, and the local swimming holes which charge less than $5 for the whole car over this swimming pool.

Getting a day pass was a long process. So factor in 30 min at least to do paperwork. But overall the pool was great for a 7 year old.
