Fun, family-friendly park facility with 3 pools, picnic tables and a splash pad, plus a clean vibe.
As an outdoor public swimming facility, the pool temperatures at Riverside City Pool are not consistently regulated or publicly advertised. The water temperature naturally fluctuates based on the ambient air temperature, sun exposure, and weather conditions throughout the operating season.
What are people saying (AI review summary)? The reviews present a mixed bag of experiences, largely leaning negative due to staff behavior and policy issues. Several complaints target a lifeguard named Paris, described as rude, having poor people skills, intimidating guests, and making inappropriate threats. Another significant issue involves a customer being misinformed about closing times by a lifeguard, paying for entry, only to have the pool close shortly after, with management refusing a refund. Concerns were also raised about inconsistent rule enforcement, specifically regarding items allowed in the pool. One review recalled an incident where a child hit their head on the poolside. Despite these negative points, some positive aspects mentioned include the presence of water slides, a park, and the facility being a nice place for a softball game.

pool was decent, whoever the red hair women is (Paris) from what I was told by the boy at the front. Probably shouldn’t be a lifeguard (working around kids and such,) if you don’t know how to talk to people. Last time I check you’re aren’t the owner and can’t threaten to kick people out. Also over attitude u assume they had but you were the one being rude? Find a new job or learn how to speak to people. Poor people skills on ur end. Look into a different job next summer! Been going here since a child with no issues ever. Weird on a grown womens behalf trying to intimidate by staring people down the whole time they are there. People don’t put money in the place to go in and be harassed. Maybe find a job patrolling or where u can actually employ the authority you want to so badly.
We went the pool I ask a lifeguard what time they close she said 8 on Sundays which was today. So I went in and ask how much it was 5:35 she said 14 Dollars for me and three grandkids so they went in water 8 minutes later they blew the whistle it was 5:45 they said pool close at 6. I said what if would not have been lied to that it closed at 6. Not 8 I would not have paid an gone in. We left I called ask to speak to the manager I told him what happened he told me I'm sorry that happened but we don't give refunds. If your gonna lie to customer s to robb them make sure you put a sign in front saying we robb people hear!!! No refund. At all. This is going to the district manager teach your employees not to robb customers!!!
I feel if your going to have rule all people should follow then not just who ever... and no air floats ok what about a football harder then a floaty ..if that hit some one in the head how safe is that??.
