I don’t think I have ever been scammed the way Aqua Caribbean has scammed me. When they first started servicing my pool I was told I needed to purchase a new motor. I paid in full the amount they said it would cost. After several months I asked what was happening with that and was told that the motor came in but was not the right one and they were working on getting that corrected. In the mean time I started noticing that my pool wasn’t getting serviced every week. When I asked about what was happening the owner told me he would take care of it. My pool was cleaned one or two more times and then it started happening again. I called again and was assured that this was not normal and he would get to the bottom of it. My pool was cleaned one or two more times again and then I noticed once again my pool not looking so great and then I went on vacation and when I came home my pool had turned into a green mess. When I reported this I was told that he would come that day to check out what was happening. I have not seen or heard from them since. My phone calls have stopped being returned with no explanation. I was left with a completely turned green pool and out the money I gave them for a new motor. I have never experienced such bad costumer service or felt so taken advantage of.

I've been needing to have my pool cleaned for 2 a half years, I mean it looked like a pond it even had frogs. I got to looking online and found aqua Caribbean swimming pool service so I gave them a call made an appt. Thomas the owner of aqua Caribbean showed up on time

Gentleman came out around 8/28/21 and did a repair of my pool. He said he would come back Monday for a cleaning service which I asked him to perform a standard vacuum cleaning of the pool. He never showed up. I texted and called him and no response. I called Wednesday Thursday and Friday and no response. I tried texting and voicemails and he still doesn’t return any communication. I have one last try today a week and a half later and got voicemail. I would NOT recommend this service for anyone because of the lack of communication and customer service. Please spread the word because there are other contractors that provide better service than this guy does. Hire someone else. You’ll be happier in the long run.

My pool has never looked so inviting. I'm very pleased with the job Thomas has done with getting my green pool crystal clear. Very pleased to have found such a professional and courteous pool company and plan to have him around for years to come.
