What are people saying (AI review summary)? The pool receives mixed feedback. Positives include a clean environment, a relaxed atmosphere (especially on weekdays), and friendly lifeguards, making it suitable for young children to play or for swim lessons. However, numerous negative points were raised: the deep section with diving boards is frequently unavailable to the general public, often reserved or only open on weekends, without clear upfront communication. Similarly, the slide is often closed due to swim lessons or only open on weekends. Families with active children found it restrictive, as pool toys are disallowed and general play is limited to wading in shallow areas. There are complaints about young, disorganized, and inconsistent lifeguard staff, as well as dirty bathrooms and changing areas, including a lack of private changing spaces. Some reviewers noted inconsistent payment collection. The pool is largely perceived as catering to professional lane swimmers, with limited recreational space for the general public.

Here on a Thursday with two kids n special needs niece. I love being able to relax and read poolside while kids play. It’s not that busy, life guards really nice. Super laid back and nice and clean. We will visit more often until springs open.
Very pretty pool. Really nice young lady that worked the front desk. Only huge problem with this pool is if you want to swim in anything deeper than 4 feet of water, you’re out of luck. There’s a gorgeous, inviting, deep section with diving boards, but nope, us regular adults aren’t allowed to use them. They’re supposedly “reserved” even when completely empty. But they don’t let you know at the door, or on the website. They wait until you get all the way to the end of the diving board literally right about to jump in and then yell at you from across the other pool and wag their finger at you without any explanation. When I inquired, I was told they’re reserved and that management won’t allow a lifeguard to sit in that section so people can use it. When I asked if the deeper sections are ever available they tell me “ummm, only on the weekends.” So TWO whole days out of 7 days of the week? Super duper lame. Literally no reason for me to go back. What a disappointment because this could have been a great spot. But it’s perfect for children who can’t swim or others who are paying to take swim lessons or doing a sport. They are lucky enough to actually get to use the deep ends. Oh I almost forgot, don’t expect to go and use the slide, they like to hold swim lessons directly at the end of it, rendering the slide unusable.
Would be nice but they have a whole tub of pool toys and we were told kids are not allowed to play with them. Also slide is only open on weekends which we didn't see on site. Kids are only allowed to basically wade in water, no playing, so wasn't great for a 5 and 7 year old.
My kids have gone to this pool many times. In my experience here, the life guard staff is very young, disorganized and inconsistent with enforcing pool rules. The bathrooms tend to be dirty, make sure to bring sandals. On the bright side, If you need a tampon when your in the men's locker room, there is a handy dispenser by the urinals. Another nice thing is they routinely don't take payment because "the card reader is down". It could be that they are lazy or incompetent or both.
This pool is mostly lanes for professional people to practice. There is a smaller area to the side for kids and a 4 ft area up front to play in. There are no private changing areas, and the bench in the disabled stall was covered in dirt.
