We were recommended by one of her friends, and I'm really glad we decided to give it a try. Overall, the experience has been excellent. The instructors are kind, professional, and great with kids, which made my daughter feel comfortable and excited to learn. She enjoyed her first lesson so much that I decided to let her take two lessons in a row. I'm very happy with the progress she's making and would definitely recommend these lessons to other parents. The only thing I wish were different is the water temperature — it would be nice if it were a bit warmer. Other than that, everything has been great!

The instructors at British swim school are very patient and knowledgeable. My child has improved so much since she joined 7 months ago. The lessons are well-structured and fun for the kids. My child loves attending classes. Highly recommend.

My daughter has been enrolled here since she was 6 months old. It's been amazing to watch her grow over the last year! She is so comfortable in the water, and it's great to know that she is learning survival skills. We love all of the instructors, and would highly recommend any of them to anyone looking to improve their child's water confidence and safety!

Update: The owner called me and was very nice. He explained everything and answered my questions. It was very nice to have my issues addressed and to learn about the reason behind creating the school. They really care about the children they teach. Swimming is definitely an important skill and gives parents peace of mind. Companies like this are worth trying and giving a second chance even if the initial impression wasn’t great the first time. Original Review: The instructors were phenomenal with all the kids including my son. I was very happy to see him growing confidence with being in the water. I had to cancel the class since we have several pre-planned vacations. I was not given an alternative or any other option. The front office lady wasn’t exactly helpful and she was dismissive to the point of argumentative. I still don’t know how it works. I would not recommend to parents unless they don’t have any vacations planned. It would’ve been nice to keep my son in the class but I would rather not call to ask any questions. I called a few times because I just didn’t understand how to use the app and if there was a way to keep my son enrolled but to quote her “I already told you last time!! I don’t know how else to say it” Geez…clearly if the way you explained something once isn’t clear then maybe try a different way? I love the instructors but the office? No way!!!!

The British Swim School has been amazing for our child learning to swim. I have already recommended this to so many families. The professionalism, method and thoughtful approach show in the quick progress of our little swimmer!
