We have had a great experience with Georgia Spa company. Starting with our first visit to the store and being greeted by Cherry, our rep. She was very knowledgeable about all of the different spas available and helped us make the right decision for us! Our spa arrived from the warehouse faster than expected. Within 2 weeks. The delivery personnel led by Justin were fabulous as well. The electrician coordinated with the delivery team and came out the same day our hot tub was delivered so we could use it right away! We appreciated all of the contact points and coordination to make our purchase a reality in a very short time with ease. We look forward to our new owner live orientation next week to learn more about the functions of our spa and have our questions answered. This level of customer service and support is a BIG reason why we decided to purchase our hot tub through GA Spa Company and not on-line. We have been using it every day and LOVE it! I highly recommend GA Spa Company if you are in the market for a hot tub. They are awesome!

The nicest bunch of folks I've had the pleasure of dealing with in a while! Like having a conversation with a friend, no pressure, easy going, provided information so that I didn't need to ask questions. Jodi was so friendly and knowledgeable. We were very comfortable meeting with her, she is awesome. I especially appreciate how professional and well-organized Jodi is! Teresa, the delivery coordinator, and Justin and his crew that delivered our tub and set it up, all did a fantastic job. They're a good team! They were on time and no issues at all. I could not be more pleased with the purchase, as well as the delivery and set up process. Exceptional crew! Thank you 😊 Five stars? I need an extra one!
