What are people saying (AI review summary)? This park generally receives positive feedback, especially for being a free, clean, and enjoyable destination for young children, offering beneficial shade over playground equipment and seating areas. The splash pad is a popular feature for kids to cool off and expend energy. However, multiple reviews raise significant safety concerns regarding the splash pad's concrete surface, which is described as slippery, with some spots pooling water and becoming extremely slick, leading to falls and near-miss incidents. There were also comments about low water pressure at the splash pad. Another common complaint is that the black rubber tiles on the playground get very hot under direct sunlight, making shoes a necessity. Despite these issues, the park's location away from busy roads is considered a plus by parents.

I took my toddler her for the first time. He definitely enjoyed his time there. I will say I was not a fan of the concrete where the splash pad is (toddlers easily fall a lot). I also noticed the water/pressure wasn’t great. But maybe they are trying to conserve water. Other than that the park & turf area was great.
Kids loved it Park is neat and clean Splash pad was fun
We've been here twice. The canopies over the play ground equipment is awesome. Some of the tiles are black rubber which still gets hot if the sun hits them, so shoes are a must! The splash pad is pretty nice, despite being concrete. The kids never seem to mind much.
It's a nice park, but please be aware! My child was jumping in the splash pad and slipped and fell, nearly hitting her skull on the concrete. I found that there were a couple spots where there is a slight dip in the concrete which allows water to pool and there 3 or 4 of these spots that when I checked them were extremely slick. The spots are fairly easy to see because it has hard water rust type film in the pools which is probably what makes it so slippery. Just thank God I was able to catch my daughter. He had was about 2 inches from cracking on the ground.
One of the best FREE places to take young kids. The splash pad is such a great way for your little ones to burn off that summer time energy while staying cool. In recent years they have added shaded seating which is wonderful! I remember how hot it used to be before those installations. I'm not a fan of the black ground pads for the playground area cause it does get hot, but it's not a big deal provided you can get the kids to wear shoes. Luckily the splash pad is regular concrete so it doesn't heat up the same way the playground does. It's also set away from the main roads so it's less stressful for parents who are afraid of their kids running towards the busy streets.
