Sharing my one experience with them. I made an appointment to close my pool with them over the phone. They asked that I text them with the details and they would confirm with a date. They took a couple days to respond and I asked if they would confirm or if I should find someone else. They said, "yes" and set a date. On the day of closing they texted me and said "I'm sorry we are not going to try to close the pool. Do not want the responsibility, please try someone else. Thanks" I won't call them back for anything.
