What are people saying (AI review summary)? The facility generally receives high praise for its diverse pool areas, including baby pools, slides, and diving boards, along with amenities like Gaga ball, a sandpit, and picnic areas, making it enjoyable for families. Many reviewers highlight the "phenomenal," "kind," and "helpful" lifeguards and staff, noting their excellent interaction with children and the overall warm, welcoming community culture. Adult swim times and special events are also appreciated. However, a significant recurring concern is the management. Multiple reviews describe management, specifically a manager named Melissa, as rude, aggressive, unprofessional, disrespectful towards patrons (including those with disabilities), and prone to yelling. These negative management experiences have, for some, severely detracted from an otherwise positive environment and caused reconsideration of future visits.

So I have had great things to say about the pool and the environment until today unfortunately and all it took was one person to ruin the whole experience sadly! The staff, especially the life gaurds that are doing the swim lessons in the mornings have been phenomenal! They have been extremely kind and helpful and have been doing a wonderful job with the kiddos and being very informative and patient with them which is a huge plus! Today while attending we had a very bad experience with the manager Melissa, at least she told us she was…. She came out into the parking lot very aggressively demanding that my husband leave the handicap parking space even though he is indeed disabled and we have a license plate that says so! She then proceeded to tell us we were illegally parked while her vehicle was actually parked in the space next to us that had painted lines where nobody is allowed to park and said it’s because she didn’t have a space to park in because hers was taken…. She then proceeded to ask if my children were disabled and was extremely rude about it and then proceeded to harass us and the gentleman that was parked in another handicap space, and did the exact same thing. After words were exchanged she then went and locked the gate locking all the children inside the pool area and stated that it’s supposed to be locked which in return upset all the parents that were there because not only was that locked, as was the garage door for the front entrance until she went over and unlocked it because all the parents were very upset and then she went inside and stayed out of everyone’s sight. When the lessons ended she made everyone pick up their children through the front entrance while the next swim class was trying to enter to get started. She was extremely unprofessional and is definitely not any type of manager material. This has ruined the experience for many of us and it will cause many to second guess coming back after the lessons are over. Thank you for your time on reading this but it needs to be aware.
This is our 4th season as members and the whole family absolutely loves coming here! The kids love playing Gaga ball, playing in the sandpit playground, or going to the snack bar during adult swims, which they do every hour for 15 mins. It's a welcome break for the staff and parents, and gives the kids a chance to use the restroom and reapply sunscreen. They also have special event days filled with fun activities. The patrons and staff are all like family. Something that's worth mentioning is that the culture of this pool is very warm and welcoming. Many times, I've seen kids be nervous to jump off once they make it to the end of the diving board, but the nearby kids are always encouraging and allow the kid to take their time, also applauding and cheering on kids(or adults!) that overcome that fear. We plan on being members for many years to come.
The pool is great! I enjoy the different pool areas and levels so all can enjoy. The adult swim is awesome even though the kids don't think so lol. Management is very rude and has no respect for people's kids as they tend to yell and scream instead of getting the parents.
Great place. Has cool baby pool and regular pool has a slide and diving board. Nice staff and life guards. Had alot of fun with the family here.
Really nice pool, and there's plenty for kids to do.! Bring your whole family: because there's plenty of lounge space and picnic areas!
