What are people saying (AI review summary)? This water park receives mixed reviews. Many guests find it to be an impressive and fun facility, well-suited for all ages with various slides, a kids' area, and a pool. Staff are often praised for being kind, knowledgeable, caring, and attentive to children, particularly during private events. However, there are significant criticisms, including a strict no-refund policy that causes frustration when weather conditions prevent swimming, even after long waits. A serious concern raised is lifeguard inattentiveness, with one reviewer recounting a near-drowning incident where lifeguards allegedly failed to intervene despite clear signs of distress. This highlights a perceived inconsistency in staff vigilance.

My nephew had his 9 year old birthday party here after hours. His parents rented the place for 2 hours and everyone had an excellent time. There were plenty of lifeguards on duty, and everything went off without a hitch. I can not attest to what it is like on a public day because I've only been the one time and it was a private party.
Starting raining and lightning as soon as we arrived with nothing on forecast. Kids never were allowed to swim. Tried to get money back and was not given any consideration given the situation. It clearly states no refunds, but we never even swam so I felt like this should have been different. Was told it would only last ten minutes and no rain checks bc they are not closing. š¤·š¼āāļø second picture is ten minutes after I was told! šAn hour after arrival, we still havenāt been able to swim! Seven and eleven year olds donāt understand like adults. Disappointed is an understatement for our first visit ever!
This city park was a impressive, Jacksonville arkansas needed this water park. Took one child and she had a blast i was wondering one i went if children her age would be in water park thank goodness they were, they had stuff to do for all ages. The staff are watching the children to. I take alot of photos and they were worried about photos taking which that was understandable. Thank you to the staff for caring ā¤
Cute little water park. We had so much fun. The staff are very kind, very knowledgeable, caring, and funny too. They have 2 big slides, a smaller kid area with slides, and a pool. The pool is usually warm if the day before you go was hot. There is picnic benches. There is a siting area. There is even a park on the outside of the water park.
Absolutely horrible, Literally I was drowning and lifeguards were not even paying attention not even how much I screamed for help no one came to save me I had to try to get myself up I couldnāt breathe at all I didnāt know how to swim at the time. Not only my friend drowned me and a lifeguard was watching me get drowned and didnāt say a word nor blow a whistle. Donāt get me wrong I have a good time at this park but this was just crazy how half of the life guards donāt even pay attention, I donāt even see why life guards chairs are that high if they are just looking up but couldnāt see me drowning at all thatās crazy work.
