This place is a joke now - poor customer service and raising prices. Went last month and it was $6 now it’s $8 and they didn’t have the indoor pool open. Want a much better place to go to - look up juniper hills. This place is not keeping up with cleanliness , then poor customer service and price raises. No thanks! A splash pad is better than this place. Stay away!

My entire family loves this Aquatic Center. Personally my favorite part is the walking trail they have all kinds of wonderful plants and flowers. One reason I love it here is the lifeguards are very attentive, I have a two-year-old girl that isn't afraid of much. So knowing they're always watching and not on their phones gives me peace of mind. Another really nice accommodation is the playground is padded, the gates seem pretty secure and you are able to easily bring a wheelchair or wagon. The indoor pool could be a little cleaner especially the floors other than that I cannot complain. We love this place and plan on coming again.

Wow! Great playground equipment and enclosure. Huge ball park with multiple smaller playgrounds. Giving it a 4 star bc there is literally only one bathroom available after 7pm. And the indoor restrooms u have to pay for according to the regulars. It's quite a hike to get to the one restroom from the main playground, too.

Lady at the counter was super condescending towards me and my friend. It was very obvious she did not want to interact with younger individuals. I highly recommend not coming here if you want someone to listen and ralk to you like you are an adult. It feels very cliqueish.

Today was the worst customer service experience i have ever had at the clear creek park family activity center !! In the inside of the building me and a few friends went to hangout play basketball, volleyball and just have fun . Everything was going good and smooth until everyone wanted to workout . We went to the front desk and everyone was telling the lady that they were 14, because you have to be 14 to be able to workout . Then one of my friends that is a heavyweight kind of kid told the lady that he needs to workout for football and she responded with “ then maybe you shouldn’t be working out with all those big mac ‘s “ , she says trying to be funny knowing shes body shaming a teenaged kid. Everyone laughed it off at first and was kind of surprised that she would say such thing to a kid at her big age . After a while the friend got offended , which is a normal thing because thats really rude . He proceeded to call his mom and tell her the situation that happen . Idk much that happened after the situation but i just wanna let everyone know the type of service you may receive from the works . I believe that this is very unacceptable behavior from a grown lady that is speaking to a middle schooler . Description: She is a shortish, blonde grayish haired lady, she kind of has a bob and she wears glasses.
