Very sad to see what has become of Gym and Swim. Jerry and his team were excellent the first couple of years, especially Jerry, very attentive and always super great to work with. The last two seasons have been a completely different experience, current staff is either inexperienced, incompetent or both. We have a pool impersonating a pond mid-season and Jerry is no where to be found as a manager. Hope they turn things around and get back to where they were. We could not in good conscience recommend this company to anyone at this point. Extremely Disappointed

Very sad that once the premier pool company has completed fallen apart. For the first 8 years of service, I would have continually given them a consistent 5 star rating. The ownership changed hands a few years ago and started out with good service but has steadily declined to a 1 star rating. If 0 was an option, I’d select it. They simply don’t respond even on the simplest tasks to the big jobs. I’ve will not use again and found Suntime Pools West to be the new 5 star company in town.

My husband and I just bought a new home that has a pool. Neither of us have ever had a pool and had no idea how where to begin. Jerry has been a lifesaver. He has been meticulous and very thorough. There were a lot of problems with the pool and he has worked through them one by one. He has been very patient with us and our ignorance to the workings of a pool. Thanks Jerry and Gym and Swim.

I thought when I re posted a review for 4 stars, I might get the call from the service manager I had been hoping to get. I never did, so I must edit this another time. This year, the sixth year of our pool ownership we had to replace the cover with no guidance or help from Gym & Swim ($2500.00), The filter was cracked and had to be replaced. I think that was around $800.00. The motor on the pump went out, ($190.00) . Two leaks in the lining, I was able to patch. I was unable to get advice from Gym & Swim. I didn't want them to replace these things free, but tell me what I needed to do. One phone call to the business, I told the lady I had called for the service manager back in Feb. This was in June. She said they were too busy to call back. I could not recommend Gym & Swim again.

They are hard to reach during their peak season. That being said, every time I’ve interacted with them (phone or in person) they have been courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful.
