What are people saying (AI review summary)? This water park is generally seen as a good destination for families with children, offering clean pools, slides, and bathrooms, along with good security and lifeguards. Visitors appreciate the variety of food and drink options available, including a bar area with music upstairs and typical fast food downstairs. However, there are strict rules against bringing outside food, drinks, or coolers, and park food can be expensive. While some reviews praise the park for all attractions operating and having many employees, others express significant dissatisfaction over high entrance fees, expensive park food, and a considerable number of attractions, including the wave pool, being non-operational. Some areas were noted to look run-down, and there's a dispute regarding its claim as 'The Largest Water Park In The Caribbean.'

I visited the park with my family on August 7, 2025, and the experience was very good. All the attractions were operating, including the wave pool. There is food available at park price.
A wonderful place to enjoy time with family. Various options to enjoy. They sell food. No firearms, glass bottles or gum allowed. It is very clean and they have many employees. We had a wonderful time.
A really good place to spend with the family. The only downside was some of the rides and areas looked ruined down. Again looked. However, we had a blast. I would totally recommend it to anyone.
STOP BS'n WITH 4+ STAR REVIEWS. This place considers themselves "The Largest Water Park In The Caribbean" but you wouldn't know from the faded signs at the front of the place (and it's a lie). It's expensive to get in, once you're in, you can't get out, then you can't bring in food but they want to sell you expensive food, & most of the attractions were not working, specifically the wave pool (OF ALL THINGS, THE WAVE POOL, THE MAIN ATTRACTION AT MOST WATER PARKS). Paid too much for about a 2 hour visit. Never again. PR has plenty of beaches, with free parking & affordable food trucks/kiosks. Wanted something different with the family but nothing beats the beaches.
