We had an absolutely beautiful 3 bed & 2 bath signature collection room and we had an amazing time. The rooms were very spacious, the kitchen was huge and the living room was a nice size. Our deck was also humongous. Although, we do wish that they did have housekeeping that’s included, they also offered a washer/dryer in our unit and all the resources for us to clean ourselves which is no problem as we are a clean family but just the feeling of coming back into a clean room is amazing. But anyways, the location was perfect; we had direct access to the ocean — the pool & hot tubs were nice….the entire resort was clean and the staff was pretty accommodating and friendly. The cafe/grocery store was convenient along with the wine nook and patio bar. We had put in a few maintenance requests and they came within an hour for both requests. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice place to stay in Myrtle Beach.

We had a great time here. The hotel was clean. The amenities fantastic. The rooms were beautifully decorated, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was friendly. We will definitely be back. I do have one complaint however-the back porch bar/restaurant did have one bar tender who was not personable and also the include and 18% gratuity and don’t tell you. It’s not written anywhere nor on the receipt they provide you when you sign, there is just a blank line to leave a tip. We had been tipping each time only to realize we essentially were tipping twice, once without knowing. This is dishonest and needs to be addressed!

My sister and I came from Wisconsin for my birthday and we chose this hotel 4 days 3 nights. And it did not disappoint! The exterior and interior design of this hotel is beautiful it’s bright and very clean. The pool and hot tub is amazing such a beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoyed every moment. The day of check out my blood pressure was extremely high and was rushed to the hospital by ambulance (Having too much fun) The hotel staff was very accommodating and allowed us to do a midday check out which was a blessing. And it also shows that the hotel staff care about the guest and I couldn’t thank them enough for that!

We travel to Myrtle Beach often and have stayed at a few time share resorts. The Holiday Inn Vacation Club Ocean front has by far been THEE Best. As someone who has been in the hospitality industry dusty for over 30 years the service was exactly what I expected. We had some small minor issues that were rectified quickly and without disturbance. All of the staff was amazing. I called the front desk from my personal cell phone and was greeted by name. Received various text messages just to check up on us. I even requested a late checkout out via text. The Employee that stood out the most was Jen at the poolside bar. She made us feel welcome and like we were her only customers. All in all we enjoyed our time and are already planning our next stay.

This was our first time to Myrtle Beach. We usually spend every year in Ocean City MD. This resort was a great choice for us as an introduction to Myrtle. It was a great location, as it was on the south end of Ocean Blvd and a little secluded. The resort is new, so everything is bright and clean looking. The grounds are well kept and they do a great job of cleaning and preparing the pool area each day. The beach is small compared to what we are use to, but it was still not overly crowded. The ocean water was a nice temp and a beautiful blue color. Our room was a great size and we loved the master suite. While the resort was pretty full, the pool was large enough to give everyone some space to enjoy.
