Great mom & pop shop. Been using them since moving to Old Bridge 12 years ago & wouldn't use anyone else. I've had all types of service done from every opening/closing to liner replacement, re-piping, leaks detected & patched, new equipment installed & maintained, cover anchors replaced, etc. Always reliable, upfront, honest, fairly priced & educational. Just wished they still did chemicals since they always gave you the right mixtures unlike these pools stores that try to sell you a gazillion concoctions! Highly recommended!!

I've worked in property management for 30 years plus and have never worked with a more unprofessional contractor - I would never recommend - pool looked worse than it did prior to renovation. Poor customer service and owner response as well as extremely poor well below par workmanship. Had reputable company come in a month later and professionally redo the work. My review stands and the response is absolutely not accurate but I will leave it at that after clarifying your comment about serving the area for such a long time - - you say you have served the surrounding area for 40 plus years but that also is not really accurate as per your statement below - you have advised prior that you have only been operating under the name since 2016 ? Correct that there are no reviews or complaints on the BBB - I have not even logged a complaint yet. K&M pools inc did maintain some staff but we have been operating since only 2016 and no information pertaining to your situation what happened and feel this is an unjustified black eye to us. Although we have no history of what happen, I would like to stand behind the motto of “quality and value” we purchased with the name K&M. Completely unprofessional. Make sure you read the fine print on contract. Had a safety cover installed and process was delayed weeks because there drill broke and they did not have a backup. After 3 months multiple anchors are pulling out of the ground. Have called about 6 times over the past 3 months and still have not received a call back. Bad experience from start to “finish”, probably will cost me hundreds more to repair and replace their shoddy work. Wish I could give zero stars.

Being a novice pool owner they were extremely informative. Came out at every problem I ever experienced. The Owner and employees both very personable and knowledgeable. Very well priced. just a great service overall. Will definitely use again
