About

Local venue with multiple pools, including water slides, plus lap swimming and a play area.

Specific, regularly published pool temperatures for the Westfield Pool Complex are not readily available. Public pools generally maintain temperatures within a comfortable range for recreational swimming, with possible variations between different pool types (e.g., main pool, lap pool, kiddie pool) and subject to daily weather conditions.

What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for this pool facility are polarized. Positive feedback praises the 'outstanding' facilities, noting the huge main pool, well-located kids' play areas, a diving pool, picnic areas, and a cafeteria. Reviewers appreciate the cleanliness, variety of pools, and ample space that prevents overcrowding, even when busy. Conversely, a substantial number of negative reviews highlight significant dissatisfaction. Common complaints include the high day pass price ($45 per person, reported as an increase from $25), and consistently poor customer service from rude managers and lifeguards. Multiple incidents describe confusing, inconsistent, or petty rule enforcement, often without clear communication (e.g., age restrictions, dress codes, minute-by-minute opening times). A prominent concern is the explicit allegation of racism, with several reviewers of color claiming they were unfairly targeted, kicked out, or treated differently compared to white patrons, leading to accusations of 'racist' management and 'deeper issues' within the facility.

Where do I start! So the hours on google show they open at 4 pm weekdays. I am currently a new resident to Westfield and tried to get a membership however they were sold out. I bought two day passes for $45 dollars (pricey) but I figured it would be a great time since it was my day off from work and I wanted to take my family of 3 to the pool. After getting there at 4 I realized it actually opens at 10 am for kiddie swimming when I asked at the gate why Google hours are different they said they don’t control that. We finally go into the pool the kiddie area is nice more like a splash park/pad vibe (which are usually free throughout Union county) and we went to the main pool. About 10 minutes of being in there lifeguard saw us and all a women (the manager) told us we had to get out because my son is under a certain age (he’s 11 months). I got out and apologized not knowing since nothing states that online or any signs by the pool at least I did not see or read. Then the rain came and I was genuinely upset I paid 90 dollars for a kiddie pool after 4 pm during rain. I asked to speak to a manager and the same lady who told us to get out comes and really was not understanding. I am a Westfield resident get that. And as we walked out other babies where in the pool and still the manager said “we are trying to work on it” but you made us get out? Race? Probably my sons father was the only Person of color there. Not going back even if they paid me. Do not go here they are rude, not nice, not understanding, and clearly have a deeper issue. Save your money

It's absolutely a horrible place. They are racist! My mother and one of my friends went to this place to cool down from the heat, but things took a big turn. First of all I remember it costing 25 dollars per person and now it costs 45 dollars per person it's just too much! We spent 135 dollars to go here, and we were only three people, like be for real this place it meant to have fun and enjoy yourself, not just to leave your money and waste it from bieng kicked out! When we got here, no one complained about how we were dressed. I mean, we were all wearing swimming trunks and a swimming long sleeved shirt and no one said that we couldn't wear this, not even the lifeguards! So we went inside and started swimming and we didn't even get to be there for 10 minutes! Some old hag came to us and started yelling at us that we couldn't be wearing this, when nobody told us and yes there was a sign apparently but we missed it and yet no one said ANYTHING! My mother asked for a refund since we didn't even stay there for 10 minutes but she refused!!! FYI, there were many people wearing the same thing, probably even worse clothes! The problem was that we were HISPANIC and the rest were white and I'm not joking we were the only people there that weren't white which proves my point of them being racist! It's absolutely ridiculous. I DO NOT RECOMMEND 0 STARS THIS PLACE IS GARBGE!

Outstanding location to spend the day. Ample space to accommodate. Main pool is huge, kids play area and kiddie pool are well located. As well as an amazing diving pool. Picnic area, and a Cafeteria included for those who do not bring their own food. Definitely has it all you need to enjoy. A 5-star location, recommended 100%.

HORRIBLE. This pool has some of the worst people I have ever met, and even worse managers. I once came into the pool complex at 11:58 AM and sat down by their main pool, and was told to leave until 12. 2 MINUTES. On top of this, they have extremely racist managers! As I was swimming one manager came over to yell at me saying I was “pretending to drown” and that I had to get out. I was just floating in the water!! It’s not MY fault the guards don’t know the difference. The guards are also some of the RUDEST people I’ve met. They will constantly yell at kids to stop playing with small, harmless toys, but will let kids drown if it means they don’t have to go in. Absolutely ridiculous!

Awesome place to go!! They have daily passes and we paid $45 per person on a Sunday. Pools are very clean and they have a variety of Pools. The grass area is very big... The place was full but since it's so big it wasn't a problem... Definitely going back!!
