What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for the pool are mixed. Positive aspects include a variety of features like a diving board, deep and shallow ends, and a kiddy pool, along with available amenities such as lifeguards, snacks, lockers, and bathrooms. Some visitors found it a fun and nice place for families, despite swim lessons sometimes overlapping with open swim. However, significant criticisms were leveled against the facility, primarily concerning the lifeguards' behavior, described as extremely rude and overly strict with rules (e.g., walking too fast, no flips, splashing on slides, prohibiting unapproved floats). Other major complaints include poor cleanliness of the baby pool (described as 'disgusting' with bugs and cloudy water), a general lack of basic amenities like chairs and shade, issues with the slide's water flow, and non-functional vending machines.

It was a good experience, not shallow enough for our young kiddo to really enjoy the big pool but had a good time overall. He played in the baby pool. Swim lessons we're scheduled while they had open swim but at least we were able to stay and keep swimming.
The lifeguards where extremely rude and disrespectful to us. Walk a little too fast? Warning. Do it again? Kicked out. They do not allow flips on the diving board, and the slide emits such a small amount of water and if you splash more on thy will whistle. Finally, the vending machine does not return money.
It has a diving board, a deep end, a shallow end, and a kiddy pool, I always have fun when I go there. They have regular break times and plenty of snacks, lockers, and bathrooms. There are a lot of life guards posted all around the pool and tables that you can sit at.
It’s pretty bare bones. They don’t even have chairs to sit on. There’s almost no shade. The baby pool was DISGUSTING — full of bugs and cloudy water. We started in there with our toddler, but it skeeved me out so we moved to the main pool. Our friends were told they couldn’t use a pool float for their ten month old because it wasn’t “coast guard approved.” Whatever... I doubt we will be back. I’d rather drive farther to a funner pool.
