The clubhouse is awesome. The only problem we had was the refrigerator was not cooling at all. We had to buy lots of ice to cool everything. I informed Jim and he told me he we will refund me the money for the ice. Other then that the place is a great place. I will definitely rent in the future.

We rented the clubhouse for a celebration of life and could not of been happier. I worked with Karla through the process and it was easy and affordable. The space is beautiful inside and really simple to decorate. Having tables, chairs, a kitchen, a tv and pretty large bathrooms was really helpful and not many other places offered all of these amenities with such a low price. I would reccomend this place for kids parties work parties really any party. They also have a huge pool area that connects to the Clubhouse that you can rent on top of the event space.

Surprise graduation party for my wife. Great venue clean great bathrooms lots of tables and storage for party stuff. Jim the manager was very helpful with any questions and accessible at all times very affordable would definitely book again guest enjoyed it lots of parking

I thought of giving 5 rating after our 7 hrs event . But ended up giving 2 because they held part of my deposit due to silly reason . The reason was the chairs misplaced , even though we put all chairs in the room , They said those are not placed at the same location in room where they were initially . How can we so precise ? We spent last 1 hr of our time in cleaning , mopping , removing thrash etc. Otherwise they could have charged more . PROS: 1)Jim was very prompt and responsive . 2)Easy check in and check out 3)Venue has everything for medium sized parties including kitchen 4)Plenty of outdoor space CONS: HOA wats to hold your deposit and be prepared to loss part of your refund for silly reasons

Let me warn everyone looking to rent this place that JIM does not EVER answer his phone. I only spoke to him via email and when we set to meet up, he was 30 mins late!! He had me outside waiting on him in the heat. I let that slide, but Then we discuss everything, he sends me the receipt and completely stops communicating with me via email after I followed up twice via email and (I left him multiple voicemails & kept calling over the course of WEEKS) - so I had a friend reach out to him pretending to be interested and he immediately responded! This guy is very sketchy and I hope nobody else gets scammed!!!! EDIT: his response on this review is about him emailing me back when I first reached out - before I even met up with him. Your recording on your voicemail does not make up for your lack of response to any of the questions I asked. Should apologize for your horrible service rather than try to make yourself look better on this review for anyone else who may be interested in booking with you. Your response speaks for itself.
