What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for this community pool are highly mixed. Positive feedback highlights the pool's enormous size, cleanliness, and wide array of amenities, including diving boards, a water slide, and dedicated areas for various age groups (babies, small children, teenagers, different swimmer levels). Many found it to be a fun, family-oriented place where kids had a blast, and some appreciated the attentive staff for safety. Conversely, numerous negative reviews criticize the pool for its increasingly strict and 'ridiculous' rules (e.g., regarding goggles, nose masks, specific ways to jump or catch children, and beach ball usage), which are seen as excessive compared to other pools. Patrons also reported staff being overly strict or yelling at them, found the entry price to be high, and noted issues with food quality (e.g., cold food). Some long-time visitors feel the experience has significantly declined and is no longer worth the money or the annual pass.

I think this is one of the best, if not the best, community pool in this area. The pool is enormous, there are plenty of friendly staff, diving boards, an area for smaller children and I can’t forget to mention the water slide! My kids had a blast! And I did too!!!!
Would never recommend this pool to anyone! Was my first time at this pool and I will never go again. There are so many rules about googles that other pools in the area don’t have. It was pricy to get in it costed $18 just for three people where if I would’ve went to Frackville I would’ve only paid $15 and less rules about goggles. The staff also yelled at us for even throwing a beach ball in the grass but it was perfectly fine in the water. I was very disappointed with it being my first time and was definitely not worth the time and price to go here.
This place is really family fun oriented! It has a place for everyone. Teenagers who don't want to be bothered with parents and siblings can hang out at the concession area or the pavilion. Babies have their own hang out, the nit so strong swimmers on one side of the dividers and stronger swimmers have diving boards and a slide! There's even a grassy area for sunning while the kids enjoy the water. Such a cool place to take the kids.
So, I don't really usually make reviews. But, I feel as this time it is needed. This pool is a joke anymore. They have the most ridiculous rules now a days. First of all you aren't allowed to wear a nose peice mask. Even if it's in the baby pool. Second of all, my mother and I got yelled at for letting my daughter jump in the pool to us in 5 feet. They were saying she was belly flopping when she really wasn't. They said that I have to catch her in the actual water. So, in other words my arms has to be in the water for me to catch my daughter. Keep in mind that she is 4 years old trying to learn how to swim. What happened to swim at your own risk? And lastly, when I got my food it was cold. And I don't mean its lightly warm. No I mean its cold. This place is not worth it anymore. And it sucks because I've been getting a pool pass every year for the past 10 years. And it sucks because it's not even worth it anymore. DONT BOTHER SPENDING YOUR MONEY HERE! I will definitely not be getting a pool pass here anymore.
Very nice and clean. Attentive staff keeping everyone safe.
