What are people saying (AI review summary)? The reviews present a mixed but largely negative picture of the pool. Several customers reported significant issues with poor communication, rude and unprofessional staff (including an "Aquatic Supervisor" and lifeguards), ignored emails, and difficulties with rescheduling parties or obtaining refunds, particularly after unexpected closures due to weather. One severe complaint detailed an experience of alleged racial discrimination, with staff staring, misinforming about storm closures, and denying a refund, while no adult management was available. On the positive side, one reviewer highly praised the pool's cleanliness, reasonable prices, fresh and varied food selection, and dedicated children's pool with playhouses. Another visitor appreciated the pool's appearance and ample parking, expressing a desire to visit when open.

Booked a graduation pool party but unfortunately, the weather did not hold out and it had to be canceled. The forecast was calling for 95% chance of a thunderstorms but the “Aquatic Supervisor” stated that the party would still be on the first time I had called late that morning (she did not get on the phone with me, but relayed the message through the girl who answered the phone). Called back again 5 hours prior to the start of the party as the forecast had not changed and was asked what I wanted to do. Having common sense, I requested to reschedule due to the predicted forecast and was told that she would call back with a date to reschedule. Sent several emails over the following weeks with no response so finally called the pool and got her on the phone. She was extremely short with me and seem bothered that I was calling her and informed me that she will call back to reschedule. She returned the call 3 days later and provided dates, but at that point I had already made alternate plans. I do not recommend booking a party at this establishment due to the extreme lack of communication, especially if it would need to be rescheduled as well as dealing with rude behavior. I understand not being able to give me immediate dates due to staffing, but a simple response would have been appreciated instead of my emails just being completely ignored. Received my refund for the party 2 weeks later. I grew up in this town and it is sad to see how this pool is being run - looks like other reviews suggest staff being rude as well.
First time visitor on Wednesday 10 November 2021. Beautiful fall day at nearly 70 degrees but of course the pool is closed for the season. It looks real nice from what I can see through the fence. I would love to come back for a visit on a hot July afternoon. Good size parking lot located in a residential neighborhood. The sign says the pool opened in 1968. The summer of '68, I remember it well. I like the sign across the street. It made me stop and check it out.
Very unprofessional lifeguards. Canceling my family membership and will NEVER return. I'm sure they won't miss my money.
We enjoyed this place so much we went back the next day! Very clean, reasonable prices, they even sell hot dogs, hamburger, mozzarella sticks, soft hot pretzels, nachos, Ice cream.... I can go on and on, and everything fresh! There is also a little kids pool section with play houses to keep them entertained. My princess enjoyed every minute of it.
Very racist community! The staring from the staff was enough as if they never seen a BLACK PERSON! Came to the pool, we live near by. We came and the weather did not stay it would storm. We get there the staff who were children. No adults. We are there and they say we can swim for at least 10 Mins for the rain. I said ok, are you even staying open? Yes you just can’t swim for 10 mins! My son asked again. Is it open to the public because of the storm? Again, yes you can’t swim for 10 mins. We pay to come in. We are not there no longer than 20 mins they close it! I ask for a refund back, I got told no! Then I asked to speak to an adult or manager and I got told they are not here right now. Not customer service at all. And this was clearly unfair. We don’t need the help and me and mines are not ghetto! Stop classifying everyone is cheap and want a hand out!
