I joined this pool in 2023. I definitely do not recommend it. The pool is extremely small. The senior citizens hang out in the 3 feet section so I was unable to play catch with my grandson. The kids who play basketball Were extreme bullies. Donny and Marie are phenomenal they run the place. Not sure if they’re still there in 2024 …The concession stand food is excellent. There’s extremely too many bullies at the pool. It was my worst summer joining the pool. I recommend you join Schlegel pool on Lancaster Avenue.

I was there today as a guest of my family member and I had such a bad experience with the new lady manager that I immediately changed my mind about being in that atmosphere with her and requested a refund and almost ran out of there. When I arrived inquiring about a membership for just myself and one 12 year old child I was rudely let kno I had to pay 380. Which was a super steep price considering that how much it cost for a family of 6. She was unsure of prices but she was trying to make me pay 380. I asked her for an application for the membership because it had the prices on it and she refused. I paid the ten as a guest n went to the pool area. Y did this woman tell the other manager a bunch of lies for example that I was giving her a hard time. She was giving me the hard time. I’m not sure y either. I was polite n respectful. So then she comes and follows me to the area my family was at and then she goes oh the membership was for you. Oh oh it’s 150$ for each. Me and my child. Still was extremely high but at the moment I was already tired of her smug and ugly attitude so I went to sign in and she was antagonizing me but I could see that so I just stood quiet. She spoke to me as if I were a child and I’m 40 years old. At this point I felt embarrassed and I couldn’t take her anymore so I figured I remove myself from that environment and guess what she tries to antagonize me yet again even as I’m ignoring her n keeping my tone at a very low tone because I knew if I reacted to her bull I’d be the “bad guy” I went to ask for my refund and I couldn’t get it unless I did what she said. AGAIN ANTAGONIZING ME! I did what she asked outta respect for the community of children and adults that were there. And because I knew she would take my family’s membership since I was their guest if I had stuck up for myself. NEVER AGAIN. I did absolutely nothing but inquire about a membership and she was horrible like she didn’t want me there. Like if I was ghetto and lacked home training like she clearly did. I will never go back because I will never be the bigger person in a situation that woman created ! Never again! Don’t waste ur time there. Because she revokes memberships just because kids are being kids. Really rude lady that yells at ur kids and then if u try and say something she revokes ur membership! The nerve of her ! I’ll b there for the midnight swim like I do every year and I hope she tries to pull this crap again because she will hear me then! Anyway I got a great membership for 250 for me and my child at another pool! 380$ was not even the price. But she pulled it out her ssa. I feel bad for her kid who sat there n looked at the floor from how embarrassed she was from how her mom acted. I wonder what she does to her kid behind closed doors. She had a lil authority and is trying to ruin someone’s summer. Not mine! Girl go take a dip in the pool and calm tf down

My kids love it !! Clean SAFE observant LIFEGUARDS. watching my kids. Relaxed atmosphere.yummy snacks n food. Excellent OWNERS On sight!!SERVICE 100% !! I'm a Member 4 years. Worth every penny, my 4 kids visit it every CHANCE!! I'm saving so is WELL Worth the value. Verry satisfied, I wish I owned it!!

This is a decent neighborhood pool nothing great about it but also not bad. Here's the issue ,they want you to pay for the annual membership which is about 350$ a year for a family which most pools charge the same but they ask for an additional 250 -300 to buy shares into the pool which made no sense at all, Are you getting dividends off the shares. This really hurts them in regards to new memberships. They should just sell the memberships a lil higher and make the additional money off the daily passes. Lots of people try to pay for the day and were not able to cause they aren't members .They are turning away money and then charging it to the member, Nice pool unusual policies.
