This gym is a total scam, I been going for a week and now they want me to buy again , When I went in to talk to someone, the lady at the front desk had the worst attitude super rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping me, she tried to sell me another membership like I was just going to forget they stole my money. Don’t waste your time or money here.
I've called and spoke to Angie twice and I just want to say that both times she's been very kind and helpful and it's hard to find people like that anymore these days working in a job that deals alot with people.
I came In earlier today to buy a membership and quickly felt the rude hospitality. My fault for not walking out sooner but the woman at the front desk was rude with quick responses and was not considerate of my time, so noticeably that the other woman worker in the back make a joke about how slow she was typing. Before leaving I decided that this place was not for people who wanted to be treated with respect and upon request of cancellation of my membership the woman rolled her eyes, sucked her teeth, and quickly said bye in a loud disrespectful tone. Do not even thing about this YMCA, you deserve better treatment.
The worst customer service I have ever received, I came in earlier today and instantly felt unwelcome. (maybe because I am black) the two older woman at the front desk were rude as I was asking questions about the gym and received quick responses with a stare as if I was a bother. Before leaving I requested to cancel my membership that i got earlier due to the customer service. The older woman in the front desk with a brownish/black wig (who was doing nothing) sucked her teeth as I waited for a response then directed me to the other woman in a desk behind her in the back who made a sigh before addressing me. I heard the woman mumbling things on my way out about me. If i could give no stars I would.
We've been trying desperately to get swimming lessons here for months and have finally given up. Signed up online back in August and have been calling and emailing regularly since then to actually schedule something. Every time we're told someone will call us back to schedule something and we never hear anything. About 3 weeks ago we called to complain and were told by the worker that this is "completely unacceptable" and "it will be passed on to a supervisor and they'll be in contact with you tomorrow at the latest." Guess what? Never heard anything. So we call back a week later and are told the same thing. Oh well. I guess we'll find somewhere else when it gets warm.
