Very helpful. Went in to have my water tested and look for a part for my pool pump. After the test they let me know the best way to get get my water balanced without trying to sell me on a bunch of different chemicals like other stores do. Also had the part I needed for my pump. I’ll definitely be going back.

We visited today in search of a hard to find part for our pool system. Josh, Brian and Bradley were extremely helpful! They went out of their way to help us find the part we needed. They were all very helpful, professional and courteous! They have a wide selection of parts and equipment and were able to provide us with the part we needed! A huge thank you to the professionals at this establishment! We will definitely come again for any of our future needs.

Thanks to Chatgpt I have found my new pool store. I live in Murrieta but I will drive to Action Pool in Temecula everytime for my pool needs. I have only been twice, including today and both times the staff was super friendly, knowledable and helpful. I appreciate their honesty as well. Could have ended up spending over $200 bucks but only spent $25 for a quick fix..............at least for this time. ha ha Thanks Action. I will definitely be back.

Main reason for this review ( of which I don’t write many) is Josh. I went down to get my water tested and walked out of there with a wealth of knowledge that Josh freely gave me. I felt like he was completely vested in making sure I knew what I was doing with the supplies I was purchasing. I had several issues with my pool water and he walked me through “why” I was experiencing them and “how” to resolve. If you are like me and really don’t want to be “a pool guy” they have a service that I’ll be using going forward. Yes, because of Josh!

I had an awesome experience at this pool supply store! I walked in clueless about what chemicals I needed. I showed them pictures of how my pool was looking and the staff came to the rescue like pool superheroes. They were super knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me find exactly what I needed without making me feel like a total rookie. The store was clean and organized—no maze of chlorine bottles here! Prices were fair too. I’ll definitely be back before my pool turns into a science experiment again!
