I really love this gym! It’s not too big, which makes it feel calm, clean, and organized — but it still has everything you need. The people who come here are classy and respectful, and the team is super friendly and helpful. The classes are amazing too — fun, effective, and really worth it. Highly recommend it!

A year go i used to think this was the best gym ever. However now it seems like they dont care at all. When a machine breaks it takes WEEKS to get it fixed. I upgraded my membership to be able to use the pool sauna and steam room. Guess what? I went yesterday and The steam room was out of order, the sauna was dirty so they didnt let me go in, which they never ended up cleaning anyways and i dont even know what was wrong with the jacuzzi it was supposedly “down”. If this gym was as good a Chuze fullerton i wouldnt cancel, but unfortunately its not and i dont want to pay for things that only work sometimes.

I'm tired of people walking into the lift lab as groups of 3-4 and hogging all the machines in there. And when the workers come in to clean they never check membership and its always the same group of people that don't have the more membership, but when they do check they just come back in within 10 minutes after being told to leave. Why pay extra for the more membership when the lift lab is gonna be equally as busy as the equipment on the regular floor and people just walk in with no repercussions

The lift lab which is only available with the highest tier membership hasn’t had working AC for at least a month. Their WIFI is also never working and reception in there is non existent, it’s clean but I rarely go to this gym even though it’s right next to my house because of these issues that are brought to their attention but ignore month to month.

Always love coming to any Chuze location. Staff is friendly, not too overcrowded. Have the machines and free weights needed. Theres a turf area and plyo boxes. And people actually wipe down machines. The cleanest gyms I've ever been to.
