Personal trainer James Lucas is the best! He truly cares for his clients and is always willing to adjust to my schedule. His gym is neat and clean and very welcoming . I've never had someone motivate me as much as Mr Lucas does. Even when I was having a bad day and just wasnt feeling it, he knew how to encourage me and push me to the next exercise. "Relax", famous last words of James in the gym! . He is very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of exercising and his equipment. If you've tried the rest, you should try the best!! I definitely recommend Amourfit to anyone.

Outstanding one on one training. I have had two sessions and they were worth it. Environment is safe. Personal training is inspiring. I've never had a greater muscle growth promoting workout.
