I really like this place, it's not as big as other water parks but it has everything you need. Kids zone, lazy river, 3 different slides to try, and an big pool where you can teach your kids to swim or go to the deep end to do a couple of laps.
This was Grandson first time to a water park. He had lots of fun. Me I almost downed in 3 feet, trying to get into the inner tub. I finally figured it out. He mostly liked the kid area. Third visit: 6-20-2025. I was so disappointed with the purchase of food. 3 burgers, 3 drinks and 3 bags of chips cost $49.00. I thought a combo was the same as other burger 🍔 places. Combo only included drink and chips @ a cost of $9.00/each. So psy close attention. I should have paid $30.00 to take ice chest in. FOOD PRICES ARE A RIP OFF
The good: affordable, not too busy, available shade and chairs The watch out: some people there have low social manners. One lady had her boob out. Like all the way. Eventually she put it back in but be aware that some guests have such behavior. The bad policies: there is a ride where you get a mat and carry it up to the top of a tower to slide down. Well you never have to give your mat to the next person waiting. The staff said that's how it works. There is only like 10 mats. So literally the same 10 people could monopolize the ride indefinitely.
Gave it a try! Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Apparently, you’re not allowed to use your cell phone for pictures—even just to take a quick family photo. I was told to stop, yet I saw plenty of other people with their phones out or tucked into their water pouches. Make it make sense. If there’s a policy, it needs to be applied consistently—not selectively. Don’t single people out while others are clearly doing the same thing. Also, it’s concerning that some lifeguards were on their cell phones. That’s a serious safety issue. Their full attention should be on the swimmers, not on screens. If guest phone use is restricted for safety, the same standard should apply to staff—especially those responsible for watching over others.
If you decide to bring food and drinks to the water park, you must pay a cooler fee of $30. For a 40 quart cooler or less, a cooler with just ice and water, no charge. Drop Zone water park dose have fresh grilled food, as well as cold soft drinks, pretty good selection of food, but like most private entertainment parks the food is some what pricey. For the best information, go to Drop Zone website. Before your visit.
